After having traditional Bavarian go to popular restaurant Brenner and order the entrecote. It is made over open fire. Asado style. The meat caramelizes over the flames and you get the flavors of the birch wood.
Favourite hotels in Munich:
O.k. it is mine but I would also recommend it if I wouldn`t be the owner. Boutique Hotel Louis in the heart of Munich, with the best view in the city, overlooking the “all year round market” viktualienmarkt. There you feel the real Munich.
My hidden pleasure in Munich:
Jogging in the English garden. It is larger then Central Park in New York, but in the center of Munich. There you can also watch the surfers of Munich.

But I was impressed by Noma-Copenhagen, Zuma-London, David Bouley-New York and his Japanese restaurant Paintbrush, raw food “Café Gratitude” in Venice Beach-California, and I still like to go for lunch to Hotel Costes in Paris.
